Agreement

By accessing Meteoric Nutri-Snap (the public home page and related pages, educational guides, and the private journal at /app/), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Meteoric provides personal journaling tools and educational articles about everyday nutrition and activity tracking. Features may change. Some capabilities (cloud sync, watch pairing, ads, AI estimates) depend on configuration and third-party services.

Not medical advice

Calorie, nutrient, BMI, workout, hydration, and sleep information—including AI photo estimates—is for general informational use only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional care because of something you read or logged in Meteoric.

Accounts and your responsibilities

You are responsible for your login credentials, the accuracy of information you submit, and keeping backups of data you need. Do not share accounts. You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law (at least 13, or higher where required).

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or abusive content, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, or use Meteoric to provide clinical care to others.

Intellectual property

Meteoric software, branding, and original guide content are owned by Meteoric or its licensors. You may not copy guide articles for republication without permission. You retain rights to your journal content; you grant us permission to process it to operate the features you use.

Advertising

Public pages may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) subject to our Advertising Policy and your consent choices. Ads are not endorsements.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of nutrition/fitness estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meteoric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on journal data or articles.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. We may suspend access for misuse. Continued use after term updates constitutes acceptance where allowed.
