This page explains how advertising works on Meteoric for visitors and reviewers evaluating Google AdSense compliance.
Where ads may appear
Ads appear only on public content pages such as Home, Guides, About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer, Advertising, author pages, and the HTML sitemap. Ads do not appear inside the private journal app at /app/—including dashboards, meal analyzer, workout/sleep entry, watch pairing screens used to manage a device, or Settings screens that primarily manage personal data.
Labeling and placement
Ad units are labeled “Advertisement,” separated from article text, and never styled as journal controls, health results, download buttons, or system dialogs. We do not use pop-up ads, full-screen interstitials that trick clicks, or layouts that encourage accidental taps.
What we do not do
- We do not use meal, BMI, sleep, workout, or other sensitive health journal data to personalize ads
- We do not place ads on pages that are primarily private data-entry forms
- We do not ask users to click ads or generate artificial traffic
- We do not modify AdSense code in unsupported ways
